Make new friends... But keep the old!

This summer has been what I might say exotic. Magical. Tiring. All over the place and a time of progression.
I began my summer adventures the day school got out. The moment finals were over and I finished up my ambassador job I hit the road to take me back to my roots. Cali.
Parker. Nicole. These two lovely gems hopped in Olivia and off we drove to spend a fews days on the beaches of California before we decided to take our travels beyond into the sea. HAWAII.
(I'll blog about that later) Magic. Love. Tension. Three words that could describe the time I had with my two besties Nicole and Parks.
After Hawaii came I took my travels to the lake of Powell. A place where peace doesn't cease and boredom doesn't exist. I was lucky enough to join my travels with the Cliffords and 25 other single adults. There is something about Powell that just brings a group of people together. I became so close to each individual on that big boat and seriously had fun from sunrise to hours after sunset.
A day after I returned from Powell I was quickly on my way to the southern land of Georgia where I stayed with Ashley Kay Sant and Fam. I spent hours by the pool and just goofing off. Ashley and I quickly became connected at the hip. (Read below)
AFter my week at the Sants I started my EFY adventures (yet another blog coming)
I did two weeks in Gainsville GA and one week in St. Pete Florida. Something about my Florida session just takes my heart away. I love that place and the youth that are there.
Well many friends were formed down in the South and as school starts up again I get to see many of their faces that have been MIA since I traveled back to UT.
After i was done in the south I flew home and did three weeks of EFY in UT. One in Ogden, another in SLC at the U and the last one at BYU.
Throughout the process I made many great friends such as Elysse Allman, Britt Dahlin and Melissa Mendaris. Many other names could be mentioned, but those are the three that I came the closest to.
LAST of All I was at BYU where I reunited with my dear Nicole and Parker Hansen. They say make new friends but keep the old. Some are silver and the others are gold. Well I think they are all Gold. But the Goldest of the GOLD are those friends that I have been able to pour my soul out to and who have helped me to grow. People who know me like the back of their hand. Well my summer has been full of friends. But I'm glad that no matter how many new friends I make I still have the most special place in my heart for those old friends.
Thankyou summer for helping my heart to grow and make room for many people.
Relationships are what I cherish most and what I hope to keep with me forever!
THANKYOU to all my friends who seriously make me a better person and have shown me how to truly love others
